30-Day Return Policy

• You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging, with any gift pouches or cards included.
• Because crystals are natural and delicate, items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Email energy@senseandstones.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping

• If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we cover return shipping.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Want a different stone or size? Contact us — we're happy to exchange for any item of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the damaged piece back.
