We ship worldwide, with a special focus on North America (United States & Canada), the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.
Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Every piece is cleansed, inspected and carefully packed by hand before it leaves our atelier.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your package ships. You can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it has not moved for an unusual length of time, contact us at energy@senseandstones.com and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
