2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where stated.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Products

All crystals and gemstones are natural materials. Variations in color, size, shape and inclusions are normal and make each piece unique. Product images are representative; the item you receive may differ slightly from the photograph.

5. Returns & Refunds
