Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Orders are packed within 1-3 business days and dispatched from our partner warehouse. Typical transit time is 7-15 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and the EU, and 10-20 business days elsewhere. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping is a flat $9 per order, and free on orders over $75.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, or a piece is not as described, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full - your choice. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

What to expect from natural crystal

Every piece is genuine natural crystal, checked before dispatch. Because these stones are formed by nature rather than machined, colour, size, pattern and inclusions vary from piece to piece - no two are identical. Approximate dimensions are listed on each product page, and photographs are representative rather than exact.

Care

Selenite and other soft stones are water-soluble - never rinse them. Keep all pieces dry, away from perfume and harsh cleaners, and store them separately to avoid scratching.

Crystal traditions are a personal practice, not medical care. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Our pieces are sold as jewellery and decorative objects.
